Electronic Filing Systems

The PBSA provides that pension plans registered in British Columbia file reports and returns in the form and manner required by the Superintendent of Pensions (Superintendent).

The Superintendent requires that Annual Pension Reports (APR) and Actuarial Information Summaries (AIS) be filed using the web-based Electronic Filing System. This service is provided as part of the Pensions Electronic Filing Initiative which includes enhancements to the filing procedures for pension plan administrators and service providers.

This site currently provides access to file the Annual Pension Report (AIR + FIR) or the Actuarial Information Summary (AIS).
Please Note: AIS Access codes will only be provided to the plan administrator.
